Topic: Houston Skyline

We’ll explore drawing and painting using Houston’s beloved downtown skyline as our inspiration. We’ll start by practicing sketching and doodling the skyline, and gain inspiration by looking at how different artists have captured it in their own unique styles—through murals, paintings, and more. Then, students will create their own Houston skyline painting, with an emphasis on adding personal flair to make it their own.
